Customer Registration: In order to register for our services, Customers must provide certain Personal Information to us such as their name, company name and email address. We use this information to manage Customer accounts and provide the services.

Device Identifiers: When you access the service by or through a device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers”. Device identifiers allow us to uniquely identify your device and are used to enhance the service (including sending updates and information from the service). A device identifier may be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information.

 

Statistics and Analytics: We also collect statistics about use of the services which we use for analytics including predictive analytics. Aggregate statistics that do not personally identify an individual will be kept by us and such aggregate statistics may be made available to other members or third parties. Analytics

The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY ARMEL CORPORATION

ARMEL CORPORATION does not sell, rent or trade personal information that it collects. ARMEL CORPORATION will not knowingly disclose personal information to any third parties except in the following circumstances:

We will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (the “OPC”) of any breach of security safeguards involving personal information under our control if it is reasonable in the circumstances to believe that the breach creates a real risk of significant harm to an individual. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, we will also notify the affected individuals of any breach of security safeguards involving the individual’s personal information under our control, if it is reasonable in the circumstances to believe that the breach creates a real risk of significant harm to the individual. We will provide indirect notification to affected individuals if direct notification would be likely to cause further harm to the affected individual, direct notification would be likely to cause undue hardship for us, or we do not have contact information for the affected individual. We will maintain a record of every breach of security safeguards for 24 months after the day on which it determines that the breach has occurred.
